Tour de Big Bear (Big Bear California)

Well I am registered for the Tour de Big Bear ride this August. I will be doing the 50 mi 3,000' route. I have checked and they will be allowing recumbent trikes into the event.
Is anyone else planning on riding this event?

    Well... the ride is this weekend and I have gotten out only a handful of times. The 50 mile route might be a little much, not the distance that bothers me but the elevation gain of 3,000'. So I think I will be doing the 25 mile loop with only 1,300' of elevation.

    Registration is either Friday night or Saturday morning, before 7am.
